How We Work With You
In most areas throughout the Southeastern U.S. we offer complete project packages that include design, engineering, product, installation and training. This is a unique set of capabilities within our industry and one that enables a smoother and more cost effective process. Our turnkey clients save tens of thousands of dollars when compared to alternate methods of producing a Spray Park or Splash Pad.
1. Free Consulting & Conceptual Design
If you are considering an aquatic playground call us for a quick and honest analysis of what is entailed and what you can realistically expect to pay. Professionally built Spray Parks can be much more expensive than most potential buyers realize. Since our goal is to be with you throughout the entire process, you can be sure that our estimates are comprehensive and consider all other associated expenses. We can generally provide very close turnkey estimates during an initial phone conference. We offer visual concept layouts and preliminary schematic diagrams to closely match your vision.
2. Engineerings & Construction Documents
Once you have chosen the perfect design and are ready to initiate your project, design drawings are prepared. In some cases a site plan of your facility or space may be required. Drawings will include hydraulic system specifications for best performance as well as complete construction documents and drawings. All will be coordinated with your local code requirements and particular site conditions. These are a vital aspect to any Spray Park or Splash Pad project and required for obtaining a Building Permit to begin construction.
3. Fabrication
From our exclusive user-friendly PLC automation systems to water management equipment and spray features, all are built by our team of pros and created exclusively for your particular project. We use only the highest grade materials including heavy gauge 304 stainless steel, tank tough powder coating, U.L. listed electrical systems and NSF® certified filtration products. Safety and sustainability is our number one priority.
4. Construction
Our installation crews are among the very best in the business. Because we build only zero-depth water play environments, your installation can be done quickly, accurately and much more cost effectively than with isolated and disconnected sources. As with any quality construction project, building a Spray Park takes time. Consideration of permitting, government approvals and weather are all a part of the process. You should allow at least 8-10 weeks for a well executed project to be completed.
5. Start Up & Training
After starting and testing your system, our team will thoroughly instruct your staff on operation, maintenance and general park safety. We are always available after your Spray Park opens to assist with anything that you may need and our warranty is one of the most comprehensive in the industry.
